On November 5, the match of the 4th round of the main stage of the Champions League between Ajax and Galatasaray took place in Amsterdam at the Johan Cruyff Arena. The Turkish club won a convincing victory with a score of 3:0, and the main hero of the meeting was Viktor Osimgen, who scored a hat-trick.

The first half ended without goals – the Amsterdammers mostly defended, and the Turks had the initiative. Pasver saved Ajax after a powerful strike by Osimgen in the 14th minute.

After the break, the Nigerian forward completely broke the hosts’ resistance. In the 59th minute, he opened the scoring after Sani’s cross, heading over the goalkeeper. Later, he scored a double from the penalty awarded for handball, and at the end of the meeting, he scored another eleven-meter penalty – 3:0.

The win gave Galatasaray 9 points, while Ajax remain without a single point and close the group with Benfica.
