“According to the investigation, on November 5, 2025, at around 3:30 p.m., using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, in the Seredino-Budsk community of Shostkinsky district, the occupiers attacked with a drone a civilian vehicle that was delivering bread to the local population. As a result, the 34-year-old driver of the said car was killed, and three more civilians were injured,” the message reads.
