Their protest is related to the lack of heat in the houses, which creates trouble during the cold season.
Residents have lost patience, because for three winters they are officially forced to live not in their own apartments, but on the construction site. According to the developer’s plan, the houses were supposed to be put into operation and ownership rights transferred as early as 2021, but this has not happened yet.
