“Drones attacked the energy infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir. Specialists work on site. With the onset of daylight, the liquidation of the consequences will begin. Please keep calm. All life support systems are working normally,” wrote the governor of the Vladimir region, Oleksandr Avdeev, at night.
The governor of the Oryol region, Andriy Klychkov, confirms the drone attack, but does not write about the objects that were the targets.
“Summary information regarding the night attack – two jet UAVs were destroyed over Oryol by means of EW. Seven private houses and glazing in one apartment building were damaged. There are no casualties,” Klychkov informs.
After the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia, various objects on the territory of the Russian Federation are subjected to airstrikes. Most often, in 2024 and 2025, oil refineries (refineries) became the target of attacks.
Most of the attacks were confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stating that the Defense Forces of Ukraine “systematically implement measures aimed at reducing the combat potential of the Russian occupation forces, as well as at forcing the Russian Federation to stop armed aggression against Ukraine.”
