As “Evropeyska Pravda” reported, on October 8, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted two European integration bills: on the creation of a payment agency in the agrarian sector, and in the first reading – on legality and transparency in the activities of local self-government bodies. These laws are part of Ukraine’s reform obligations to receive financial support from the EU under the Ukraine Facility program, the total amount of which is 50 billion euros.
