Ukrzaliznytsia is launching the “UZ-3000” program, which will facilitate the travel of Ukrainians in off-peak periods.

This initiative aims to facilitate access to tickets, especially during the winter holidays, when demand for them increases.

The press service of the company emphasizes that it becomes very difficult to buy a ticket on peak days. The “UZ-3000” program will help relieve such periods, motivating passengers to travel at less busy times. In this way, trips will become more accessible and convenient.

As Ukrzaliznytsia explained, 3,000 kilometers is the maximum distance within the country and back, which can be traveled for free under the terms of the program. This opens up an opportunity for Ukrainians to easily travel across the country, even over long distances.

It is also stated that “UZ-3000” is an important component of systemic state financing of passenger transportation, which contributes to the development of the country’s transport infrastructure. Thanks to this project, the conditions for the movement of citizens will improve.

It will be recalled that Ukrzaliznytsia announced changes in the schedule due to the Russian attack.

Ukrzaliznytsia is also changing routes in the frontline regions.
