Kyiv Dynamo defeated Shakhtar Donetsk (2:1) in the match of the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Ukraine, qualifying for the 1/4 finals of the tournament.
After the game, the former forward of the white and blue team Artem Milevskyi congratulated everyone on the victory of Dynamo, but warned the players of the Kyiv club before the match in the Ukrainian Premier League:
“Yes, guys, let’s get serious, because already on Sunday (in the UPL match, note) everything can be the other way around. Someone cheers for Shakhtar, someone for Dynamo Kyiv. So… let’s wait until Sunday. And now – go for a walk in Kyiv, celebrate Dynamo, but everything can change on Sunday,” said Artem.
Already on Sunday, October 2, Shakhtar and Dynamo will play in the 11th round of the Ukrainian Premier League. The starting whistle will sound at 18:00 Kyiv time.
