After the heated El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona in La Liga 2025/26 – when the match ended in a mass stampede right on the turf of the Santiago Bernabeu – Ibay Llanos unexpectedly admitted that he was partly to blame for the situation.
“What happened in El Clasico and in general in the world after the words of Lamin Yamal – I think it is partly my fault,” Ibay said in his video.
We will remind that it was after Yamal’s statements in one of the Kings League shows that a wave of discussions began – the young winger of “Barcelona” allowed himself ironic phrases against “Real” during a humorous interview with Llanos. Ibay explained that he just wanted to “have fun”: “I invited Lamin to the Kings League match because we both have teams. I wanted him to come, chat, just relax. I didn’t think that such a storm would arise because of this.”
