The footage shows how a bright light similar to lightning cuts through the overcast sky. Immediately after that, part of the city plunged into darkness – the street lights went out and the light in the windows of the houses disappeared. It is known that the Ingulet district of the city remained without electricity.

In Ukraine, on October 26, scheduled power outages were introduced in some regions. The restrictions for consumers will last from 09:00 to 22:00, but the volume of outages is expected to be significantly lower than in previous days.

Minister of Energy Svitlana Grynchuk reported that in In Ukraine, the heating season has already begun for objects of the social sphere and critical infrastructure in a number of regions. In other regions, it is planned to start supplying heat in the coming days.
