“The government has simplified the procedure: quickly, transparently, without delays. The commander must give a yes or no answer within 48 hours. No answer? The transfer is accepted automatically,” he said in his Telegram post.
According to him, after that there is a check by the personnel service (up to 7 days), and the transfer order will be issued after 30 days.

The report is submitted in the “Change of place of service” section, a copy of the military ID, officer’s ID card or National Guard service card, as well as a letter of recommendation from the unit to which the transfer is planned, must be attached to the application.
At the same time, transfer from combat units to the rear is possible only with the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission (MMC), if the current position does not correspond to the state of health of the serviceman, Klymenko added.
