“We are currently building what this state program should look like, because it should contain a whole series of measures – from prevention and verification of a person’s predisposition at the beginning of service to elements of treatment, support, assistance in employment, employment through sports.

In addition, models of what to do if a person has already committed a crime due to abuse will be taken into account.”the official explained.

In particular, the program will include training in physical adaptation after injuries. Veterans will be helped to relearn household skills such as cooking and cleaning.

“This project will be launched this year, we have already sent the act for external approval. In this area, the public sector works a lot, independently looking for funds, but it must be different, and we, as the state, must undertake to support those who need habilitation measures.
