The Dubinsky brothers and their accomplices are suspected of embezzling UAH 129 million during the repair of a water main in the Kamian district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

NABU and SAP reported new suspicions concerning the deputy directors of the project organization and the tender winning company, as well as the head of the laying firm.

The investigation established that the suspects resold pipe products at inflated prices through controlled companies, and the received funds were legalized through a network of related companies.

We will remind, the Kyiv Court of Appeal left under the custody of the head of the branch of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) in the city of Dnipro Ruslana Magamedrasulova .

The suspect is Magamedrasulov confirmed who was tortured in the detention center, and did not deny the authenticity of the so-called “Mindic tapes”.
