In all regions of Ukraine, where emergency shutdowns were previously applied, from 4:00 p.m. on October 22, hourly shutdown schedules for up to three shifts at the same time were introduced. In the rest of the regions, there will be blackouts for industry.

On Wednesday, October 22, in the morning during a massive attack on Ukraine, emergency power outage schedules were introduced in some regions. The reason was energy strikes and previous shelling.

In the capital, due to a partial power outage, special heating points and operational assistance headquarters were opened in four districts of the city.
