In the morning, Ukrenergo announced that as a result of the massive Russian missile and drone attack on the energy infrastructure, emergency shutdowns were implemented in most regions of Ukraine. Before that, emergency shutdowns were reported in Sumy, Poltava, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk regions and in Kyiv.
