According to Sarah Bond, the performance of the next generation can already be seen in the ROG Xbox Ally.

The president of the gaming division of the corporation, Sarah Bond, said this in an interview with Mashable. According to her, part of the ideas for the future console can already be seen in the portable ROG Xbox Ally.
Bond did not reveal details, but emphasized that the next console will be a step forward not only in hardware, but also in the philosophy of Xbox. Microsoft is gradually moving away from the concept of exclusives and is betting on the availability of games on different devices:
“We see that players have long since moved on from the old approach. Today, the biggest games – Call of Duty, Minecraft, Fortnite, Roblox – are available everywhere. These are places where people gather, and the idea of limiting a game to one platform already seems outdated.”
According to her, Microsoft wants users to be able to play with friends anywhere: on console, PC or in the cloud.
According to insiders, Microsoft and Sony plan to release a new generation of consoles in 2027.
Earlier, former head of Playstation Shuhei Yoshida said that Sony can no longer just improve the graphics on its consoles. However, Playstation 5 made the gaming experience many times better, says Yoshida.
