The client replenished the account with the purpose payment of the tariff. However, the funds were not enough, because Kyivstar took them for the television service, which she used in January 2022. The subscriber reported this situation on the Threads social network.

She used the television service from Kyivstar in January 2022. However, the operator withdrew funds for its use only now.

“The day before the charge for the tariff, I deposited funds into the account. I call, and I am informed about the lack of funds. I started a check in the My Kyivstar application to find where the funds were withdrawn. And it turned out that they were charged for Kyivstar TV family. I began to deal with the operator, as it turned out that I used it in January 2022. Where is the logic? The money was returned after all within 5 working days days But the situation is unpleasant, and these operators are too slow,” the woman shared.

How to check the current balance of funds on a personal account?

  • Through My Kyivstar;
  • By number 460 or 0 800 300 460;
  • By sending a request *460# from the mobile number specified in My Kyivstar as a contact.

If this number is specified as a contact number in several contracts, then the answer to the request *460# will contain information for several contracts at once, provided that the text is limited to 160 characters.

You have the option to apply filters by type or category and select the period for which you want to view transactions.
