According to the State Border Guard Service, the suspicious persons were spotted using technical means of surveillance.
During the pursuit, the border guards detained two men in camouflage suits of the “kikimora” type, who tried to remain unnoticed.
Violators were Kyivites born in 1993 and 1995. They intended to illegally leave the territory of Ukraine.
Due to the fact of the offense, proceedings have been opened under the article on violation of border legislation. The court will make the final decision. Law enforcement officers are also investigating the possible involvement of other persons in organizing the escape.
We will remind that on October 13, border guards detained a resident of Poltava region who tried to illegally cross the state border across the Dniester river on a rubber kayak.
Previously, in the Kyiv region, employees of the SBU cooperated with the National Police Department of the National Police and the Security Service of the SBU detained and reported the suspicion to a group of servicemen who were stealing and selling fuel to the military unit.
Earlier, two men from Kyiv were exposed, who organized a large-scale scheme for the sale of counterfeit fuel. They face up to 10 years in prison.
