About this informs press center Ministry of Defense

The Ministry of Defense assures that now the process of obtaining a deferral will be transparent, fast, without references and queues.

“The system automatically checks information in state registers, and the user receives the result in a smartphone,” the Ministry of Defense explained.

The service can be received by:

  • natural parents of a child with a disability under the age of 18;
  • natural parents of an adult child with a disability (group I or II).

If both parents are conscripted, each of them can separately submit a request for deferment to “Reserve+”.

The main condition is that the information on the established disability must be valid and entered into the information systems of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity.

We remind you that Reserve+ has expanded the list of fines that can be paid online.

The Ministry of Defense also explained the meaning of the mark “Requires passing of BZVP” in Reserve+.
