Leonenko gave advice to Yarmolenko: “If you do something like that…”

Former player of Dynamo Kyiv Victor Leonenko expressed his opinion about the conflict between Oleksandr Shovkovskyi and Andriy Yarmolenko, giving advice to the “white-blue” football player.

– Yarmolenko did not play after Metalist 1925. Shovkovskyi said that after the match with Crystal Peles Andrii left the team due to family circumstances, calling it “strange”. It seems that the leader of Dynamo and the head coach have a conflict. What do you think about it?

I do not welcome this. I want to say to Andrii: if you do this, you should really be a leader and lead the team in all games, not just one! It seems to me that the place of sports director has been waiting for Yarmolenko for a long time. It’s time for him to go there, Leonenko said.
