WARREN: “This boxer could have become a legend, but he wasted his talent”

The promoter is about Tony Collins”, — write: sport.ua

Frank Warren named a fighter who could go down in boxing history, but ultimately didn’t.

“This guy didn’t achieve anything, although he could have become a legend. It is about Tony Collins – an extremely talented fighter, who, however, squandered his talent. He was really great, but he didn’t live the life he should have – more of a playboy than an athlete. He was arrested more than once for fighting, and we literally had to break him out of jail. It’s a shame it turned out the way it did,” Warren said.

Tony Collins had an undefeated amateur career, and in the professional ring he won 26 fights, losing 4 times. The boxer was never able to become a world champion.

Earlier, the promoter Frank Warren reacted to the words of many experts that Oleksandr Usyk is too small for super heavyweight.
