Ostryansky-Major General, earlier deputy chief of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, has more than 30 years of military experience and specializes in strategic planning and defense management. According to NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov, the new deputy will take care of the military block of issues, coordinating the sector of security and defense forces to strengthen the Armed Forces, as well as preparation of meetings of the Supreme Commander.
