“Fortunately, humanitarian staff were not injured, but two trucks were damaged. The humanitarian coordinator, UN system coordinator in Ukraine Matthias Schmale condemned these strikes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and noted that humanitarian workers were protected by the rules of international humanitarian law and should not be attacked, ”the message reads.
