Russian troops in the morning were hit by a civilian car in Sumy region, two people were injured, the head of the regional military administration Oleg Grigorov said.

According to him, this happened in the Nikolaev rural community.

The affected 27-year-old men and a woman with injuries were hospitalized, doctors provide the necessary help, added to Ova.

At the end of June, the UN Human Rights Mission in Ukraine stated that civilians in the frontline regions of Ukraine were affected by the attacks of the small radius of the Russian soldiers performed by the Russian military, and the large number of such attacks worsened the already critical humanitarian situation along the line.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
