Details: The Ministry of Justice reported that the new service will be available 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
The registration of marriage dissolution will be carried out in a videoconference format with the DRACS employee in real time.
According to Fedorov, after submission of the application, the system will automatically check the data in the registers. If there are no children in the family, the marriage will be broken in a month. During this time, the couple will be able to withdraw their application.
After that, the marriage dissolution certificate will be sent to the selected address.
It is worth noting that on the “Action” portal you can now get an excerpt for dissolution of marriage and order a re -issuance of the relevant certificate.
