Argentina defeated Nigeria (4: 0), and Columbia won the South African team (3: 1).
The U-20 World Cup is held from September 27 to October 19, in five cities of Chile-Valparaiso, Santiago, Venia Del-Mare, Raccaua and Talka.
The day earlier in the 1/8 finals, the national team of Ukraine gave way to the team of Spain (0: 1), and the team of the hosts of the tournament from Chile lost Mexico (1: 4).
Two pairs of 1/4 finals were formed: Mexico – Argentina, Spain – Columbia.
