The press service of the head of state noted that the meeting was attended by ADS Group, AHK Ukraine, Defense Builder, Darkstar, Baryon Investment Fund Capital, Double Tap Investments, Resist.ua, UA1, Angel One Fund, United Tech Assets, Invest in Bravery.
“The participants of the meeting assured that they are ready to increase investments in Ukrainian weapons production to allow Ukraine to increase their capabilities and promote further development. Representatives of investment funds and business associations have also voiced offers to help increase investments. The head of state assured that they would all be processed. In particular, it was about increasing the number of development and innovation, as well as impetus for the development of new weapons, ”the message reads.
Earlier this month, President Zelensky stated that Ukraine is using weapons of its own production for strikes in Russia, “and it is not only drones.” Zelensky expressed the expectations of greater opportunities, but he said it was necessary for funding. He added that Ukraine has seven security agreements with the Seven Group countries, 20 with the countries that joined the Seven Group Declaration and one of the European Union, and most of them are “clear finances”.
On October 3, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to restrict access to data on enterprises of the defense-industrial complex in public registers at the duration of martial law.
