Law enforcement officers found that in September this year, a 33-year-old man who lives with his mother and brother was at home. He did not like that the dog, nicknamed Kuzya, began to bark when he went to his mother into the room.

The actions of the accused were qualified under Article 299 (3) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (ill -treatment with an active way), for which he is threatened with imprisonment for up to 8 years.
