The Diplomatic Legal Hub has been created in Kyiv – an innovative platform for legal support for foreign citizens and business in Ukraine. It was presented by a spokesman National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine Alexey Shevchuk .
As reports Interfax-Ukraine this was discussed at a press conference : October 8th.
It presented a new project on it:
Oleksiy Shevchuk – partner, spokesman of the Barristers, speaker of the National Advocates Association of Ukraine, Chairman of the Board of the National Association of lobbyists of Ukraine;
Elvira Lazarenko – lawyer, partner AO Barristers;
Yaroslav Kuts – lawyer, deputy chairman of the NAAU Information Policy Committee, partner of AO A2KAT;
Oleksandr Oliynyk is a lawyer, AO manager, Candidate of Laws, Chairman of the Criminal Law Committee and the Process of the Council of Advocates of Kharkiv Oblast.
As indicated Alexei Shevchuk foreign citizens are those who are the least protected in the legal field in Russian aggression. In particular, it is about compensation for losses from Russian aggression, protection against persecution of persons and business by law enforcement agencies.
Meanwhile, in Kiev, the National Lobist Association of Ukraine presented the curriculum “Lobism and Advocacy” called “the art of influencing public policy”. This unique course, which consists of 90 hours, is aimed at professional training of specialists and formation of standards of ethical and transparent interaction between business, government and society.
