The Association emphasizes that ensuring the availability of medicines is a key function of pharmacies as a component of the health care system.
The APAU reminded that Article 20-3 of the Law on Medicines obliges each pharmacy to have a drug with one of the three most economically advantageous prices determined in the National Price Catalog.
At the same time, the law does not require purchasing or selling the entire range of each manufacturer.
