In the United States, the upper house of Congress failed to vote for resolutions that could stop the government’s shutdow, because of party disputes over the norm for tax benefits for medical care of vulnerable citizens.

Details: Initially, the Senate did not support the legislative initiative put forward by the Democrats during the vote, which ended with the distribution of 45 against 50 legislators.

After that, the senators were also unable to obtain the necessary majority to adopt the Republican version of the Law, previously adopted by the House of Representatives, having voted 52 to 42.

For a positive decision in the US Senate, the draft law on the shutdown of the shutdow should dial at least 60 votes.

Democrats require a temporary financing bill to include the extension of tax benefits for the vulnerable sections provided for by the Law on Available Medical Aid. Republicans continue to oppose.

At the same time, US President Donald Trump threatened mass dismissals of civil servants in federal agencies that implement a policy that does not correspond to MAGA approaches on Monday.
