People’s Deputy Marian Bezugla severely criticized Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko after his statement of consideration of the algorithm for the installation of mobile shelters in the capital.
In her post, the People’s Deputy noted that at the expense of the city it was possible to create a full system of defense of Kiev.
She stressed that instead, the authorities allocated only UAH 235 million in the capital, blocked the meeting of the Defense Council and now trying to position itself by the auditor. According to Bezsuga, these funds could be used to deploy a “functional dome over the city” with sensors, turners and interceptors.
The criticism of the People’s Deputy also touched the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko. She urged him to be more active and to contact the Cabinet of Ministers for possible removal of the Nickname from the Co -Out of the Defense Council so that the meetings could be held without restrictions even during the mayor’s vacation or his political boycott.
The statement of Bezugar appeared after Klitschko reported that at the state level the requirements for mobile shelters were determined, which would speed up their arrangement and make the process more transparent. At the same time, Timur Tkachenko noted that Klitschko changed the position on mobile shelters just before the meeting of the Defense Council.
The post of People’s Deputy is limited for comments, but most of the users support her position.
In Zaporozhye, special modular shelters are planned to be installed in the yards of high -rise buildings.
