According to the investigation, the serviceman, with the help of his own electronic digital signature, was included in the “Charm” system and introduced false information that some men were allegedly declared as unfit for service by the decision of the Military Medical Commission.
In this way, 17 people were illegally evaded, who did not actually pass any commission.
One of the clients of the attacker was his brother, the rest – familiar. Several men then took the opportunity to go abroad.
The person is charged with unauthorized change of information, which is processed in automated systems (Part 1, 3, 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
For these crimes, he faces up to eight years in prison.
