The government has approved a resolution that implements a list of mandatory administrative services in CNAPs. This improves the interaction of citizens with the state: Ukrainians They receive more quality services, and administrators and CEBs are a clear instruction on how to implement and provide them. On October 2, it was reported in the Ministerus.
Previously, the list of compulsory services for CNAP was determined by order. It contained more than 400 services without systematization. Now the list acquires a greater legal status – together with OVA, CNAPs and experts have developed a resolution that operates for all bodies and provides that citizens’ access to services to services on equal terms.
The updated list includes 373 services in 18 categories: from business and real estate to veterans and social protection. In particular, the services of the tax and pension spheres, such as the taxpayer card (ROCPP), became mandatory. The Ministor will be responsible for the implementation and quality control of these services.
Also identified compulsory services for CNAPs, taking into account the features:
- 360 services – for CNAPs in relatively safe terrain and an additional 13 for centers that have special equipment.
- 245 – for CNAPs in frontline regions in the presence of staff.
- 118 – for territorial units and remote jobs.
All services were developed digital information cards so that the administrators work according to clear instructions and provide services better. Soon all information will appear on a guide from state services, where everyone will be able to check if everything works as it has.
The document also obliges the authorities and coordinators of the CNAP to update information cards, teach administrators, provide equipment and establish effective interaction between institutions.
As the informant reported, on the day of the defenders and defenders of Ukraine, on October 1, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved changes to improve the conditions of service and support the military. It is about transfer between parts, privileges for weapons manufacturers and additional payments to the military.
