“The report that shots were heard near the shopping center in Vinnitsa on the lane of Pavel Kornelyuk, the shots were heard on October 5 at about 4:10 pm. Police officers identified the personality of the person and detained the procedural order, ”law enforcement officers say.
According to police, there was a conflict between a 31-year-old local resident and a 21-victim, during which a man shot from a pneumatic pistol, a new moon in the face. Investigators are currently working with the offender. The victim is examined by doctors. The gun is removed.
“On this fact, criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism) and investigative actions are carried out. The sanction of the article provides for up to 7 years in prison. The procedural leadership is carried out by the Vinnytsia District Prosecutor’s Office, ” – summed up in the department.
