The actress, 50, opted for a daring look as she stepped out in a black bra, which she styled with a dramatic necklace and chic white suit.
Charlize also added a pair of statement sunglasses to the look, despite the dreary day, and wore her blonde locks in a loose wave.
She was shielded from the wet weather by a member of staff carrying an umbrella over her, ensuring she stayed front row-ready ahead of her appearance.
Charlize was joined at the event by actresses Jenna Ortega and Jodie Comer as they posed for stylish shots.
Jenna, 23, put on a very sultry display in a low cut red off the shoulder dress which featured a elaborate ruffle detailing, a leotard bodice and sheer red skirt.
The Wednesday star paired the dress with a pair of black strappy heels as she posed for snaps.
Meanwhile Jodie opted for an all black leather look as she wowed in a black leather jacket, skirt, boots and completed the look with a black leather bag.
Raye was also seen arriving as she wowed in a black chicken wire dress with white underlay and black heels.
Eddie Redmayne kept it cool in an all black ensemble as he was seen sheltering under an umbrella in the French capital.
The event marks the second racy look of the week for Charlize, after she went topless under a black leather jacket at Dior’s Paris Fashion Week show on Wednesday.
The screen star put on a very racy display as she sat front row in her risqué ensemble.
She teamed her look with high-waisted opaque tights and chic khaki shorts, paired with a bright red clutch.
Charlize rocked her topless look as she posed for a photo with Bernard Arnault, CEO of LVMH, the world’s largest luxury goods company.
Bernard owns LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury goods conglomerate, which controls more than 75 prestigious brands across various sectors, including Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior.
Last month, Charlize’s car was reportedly stolen from her Los Angeles home as she became the latest victim of the city’s crime spree.
The incident occurred when an individual made their way onto the Oscar winner’s property through an open gate, sources with the LAPD told NBC4 Investigates.
The suspect proceeded to steal a BMW and at the time, the key fob had been inside the vehicle.
LAPD were able to track down the actress’s car amid their search for the suspect involved in the theft.
Daily Mail reached out to Charlize’s reps for comment at the time.
The Hollywood star is the latest celebrity to be affected by the mounting crime in Los Angeles – with Tracee Ellis Ross and Brad Pitt also being recent victims.
Just one week before the theft occurred at her L.A. home, Charlize had enjoyed a rare outing with her eldest child Jackson, 12, during a trip to Disneyland.
The actress was also joined by a group of Jackson’s close pals as they all had a blast at the Happiest Place on Earth.
They were seen nibbling on tasty treats inside the amusement park before going on a number of rides.
Theron notably adopted Jackson in back in 2012 and another child named August, nine, in 2015.
Earlier this month, Tracee Ellis Ross was another victim of recent Hollywood break-ins, with thieves stealing more than $100,000 worth of jewelry and handbags from the star’s home.
The actress’ Los Angeles home was burglarized, according to KNBC. Tracee was not home at the time of the intrusion.
The burglary was reported around 12:30 a.m. local time on September 2, after staff arrived and found the home had been ransacked.
According to police, three people entered the property through a glass door.
