Acting Director of the Liqurea Village Plant was informed about suspicion of deliberate tax evasion in particularly large amounts.
The investigation conducted by the Economic Security Bureau on the SBU materials found that for two years, officials of the state -owned enterprise deliberately evaded the payment of value added tax (VAT), reflecting non -commodity transactions. This is confirmed by the conclusions of the act of tax audit and the materials of the pre -trial investigation.
As a result of these actions, more than 20 million hryvnias have not received the state budget. In addition, the act of tax audit was charged penalties and a penalty worth more than UAH 5 million.
However, in the course of pre -trial investigation, the company reimbursed the entire amount of tax liabilities and fines.
At present, prosecutors have sent a petition to the court to release the suspect from criminal liability in connection with the full compensation of losses.
