Denmark has increased volunteers to the inner Guard after spinning “unknown” drones

Denmark has noticed a significant increase in interest in the internal guard after a series of incidents last week, when unknown drones circled near the strategic objects of the country.

Details: In September 2025, the number of applications for participation in the Internal Guard doubled.

In just a month, 526 people filled the form. Of these, 58% did this during the past and current week – after the emergence of suspicious drones near the airports and military facilities of Denmark.

The Internal Guard is an official volunteer structure that is involved in support of the police and the Armed Forces if necessary. Its benches include about 43,000 members that can be involved in the protection of airports and strategic facilities, patrols, etc.
