About 30 thousand citizens of Ukraine are joined every month, both through mobilization and through the recruitment system.
This was reported by a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky, writes Media Center Ukraine.
Venislavsky noted that, according to him, mobilization processes continue at about the same level: up to 30 thousand citizens arrive on military service on a monthly basis. He stressed that there are no sharp changes in the number of mobilized or other aspects.
“Everything goes systematically, as stipulated by the relevant legislation on the introduction of martial law and general mobilization,” the People’s Deputy said.
According to Venislavsky, there are currently no legislative proposals or requests from the Sector and Defense in the Verkhovna Rada (in particular, from the General Staff, Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces or the Ministry of Defense) to improve mobilization issues.
The People’s Deputy believes that “all the issues that were discussed, we discussed, we have provided the legislative basis.” He advised to address the questions about the exact rates of mobilization to the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense.
We will remind, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed the proposal to amend the provisions of the law on mobilization concerning the rights of students and pedagogical workers.
The Cabinet of Ministers also submitted to the Council a bill on deferral for contractors aged 18-25 years.
