The head of the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Artem Romanyukov explained that these steps are part of the creation of a modern electronic shopping center, which aims to eliminate bureaucracy and simplify procedures for citizens.
Key innovations
The young men who are 17 years old can now be remotely through the mobile application “Reserve+” (conscript e -office). An alternative way will remain a visit to the CCC, and this registration will be carried out without mandatory passing or referral to the VLK.
All male citizens aged 25 to 60 years of age, who have not yet been on military registration without legitimate grounds, will automatically be put on such accounting to reduce the number of manual operations and the need for personal visits to the CCC and JV.
The procedure for withdrawal from military accounting for citizens who have reached the age of being in the reserve will also be automated, and heads of enterprises, state bodies and local self -government bodies are now obliged to make appropriate marks to the lists of military accounting within 7 days after reaching the employee’s age.
Cabinet at the request Ministry of Defense simplified and automated the procedures for setting and removing citizens from military accounting. Now citizens which were not on military registration without legal grounds, will be automatically registered.
Earlier in Reserve+ added a delay for a spouse in which a husband or wife has disabilities of group I or II.
