According to Ukrenergo, in Ukraine -controlled territory, this line is good, and there are no technical obstacles to its use.
Nevertheless, the invaders do not deliberately connect the station to energy supply, continuing a rough misinformation campaign against Ukraine. So they consciously attract millions of people on the whole continent, emphasizes Energoatom.
Diesel generators are intended only for emergency supply and are not able to meet the needs of the station for a long time. Their stop can lead to loss of control of the object’s nuclear security.
”We urge the international community and partners to increase pressure on the aggressor country. The station must be returned immediately under the control of its only legal operator – energy appatom to prevent radiation and nuclear disaster, ” – states Energoatom.
