As a result of the Russian attack by the Russian Federation at night, on September 25, the objects of critical infrastructure of Vinnytsia region were significantly damaged, said Ova Natalia Zabolotna.

“Part of the city was deactivated and trains were stopped, as of now on electricity supply and trains have been restored. There were no requests for damage to residential buildings and, fortunately, there are no victims among people. As of 5:30, the fire was eliminated. All relevant services work to eliminate the effects of shelling. In total, 76 personnel and 24 pieces of equipment were involved, ”the official said.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
