As stated in the news, the multi-segment space for customer service at all levels of business is a comprehensive business hob, where in one place clients of small, medium and corporate business will be able to obtain a full range of banking services.
The internal structure of the department will provide everything necessary for the business:

- service of individuals (including cash register, premium, Sense Club);
- The presence of specialists of all major areas.
In addition, according to bankers, special attention is paid to clients: the branch is located in the city center, customers are offered parking, as well as the ability to solve business or personal issues within the same space.
Sense Bank board member Andriy Sokolov noted that the bank will continue to work actively to improve customer service.

The director of the Sense Bank Small and Medium Business Department, Yana Shumunov, during the opening of a business department, indicated that this was the first of the planned branches of the new format.
“Odesa is one of the largest shopping centers of Ukraine today, and representatives of the local corporate segment and IAS are in a sharp need for support and appropriate service. It is for this reason that we open the first business space for Sense Bank customers-Sense Business. We do not intend to stop there and will open similar business departments in other cities of Ukraine, ”Ms. Shumunova emphasized.
