Energo.dtek.comDTEK has shown how for the first time in Ukraine adapted the aboveground surface of the mine to work veterans with disabilities.
This is stated in the story of the TV channel “We – Ukraine” about one of the coal mining enterprises of the company in Dnipropetrovsk.
It is noted that only 58 veterans returned to this enterprise after the service. Among them are those who, as a result of the war, received disability. Some, as well as to service, if health allows, works in a specialty. Some, after serious injuries – master new specialties.
The company emphasized that veterans have the opportunity to go to a new profession for work on the surface. Therefore, for their needs at the enterprise converted work space and household premises.
In particular, in certain places were assembled handrails, adapted toilets, showers, installed convenient pointers, contrasting tapes in areas where increased attention was needed, and other arrangements were implemented.
Earlier, DTEK Rinat Akhmetov was recognized as a company with the best veterans support program.
