The event was held near the Rabbi Nakhman Memorial on the eve of the Jewish New Year of Rosh Ha-Shan.
In addition to traditional prayer, pilgrims held a special prayer for peace in Ukraine. The Tikun A-Glaley, which means “comprehensive correction” involves the reading of the ten psalms of Tsar David and serves as repentance for all sins.
