Mukachevo law enforcement officers made a control of pornographic video from a woman through Telegram, then accused her of spreading porn.
This is stated in the decision of the Mukachevo City Court of Transcarpathian region.
According to the case file, the suspect, “realizing her selfish intent”, decided to distribute pornographic videos on Telegram for cash. She sold the first such video on April 16, 2025, after which she sell the video for 21 more, one of whom was a law enforcement officer.
“In the course of control over the crime in the form of operational purchase on June 23, 2025 at 10 o’clock 00 minute PERSON_3 (accused – EP), it was distributed by a video that contains information that contains pornographic nature, namely it has sent it PERSON_27 (law enforcement) hryvnias, ”the court’s decision reads.
The woman explained her actions by the fact that she was ill over the last two years, so she decided to improve her financial situation by selling pornographic videos in the messenger.
“In April 2025, it was first distributed by a video that contains pornographic information. For each video, she received cash in the amount of 500 to 800 hryvnias, which she was transferred to a bank card, ”the court’s decision reads.
For his crime, the court decided to declare the accused guilty and awarded her a punishment in the form of 3 years of imprisonment. At the same time, given the circumstances of the crime and the sincere repentance of the accused, the court released her from serving his sentence, if he does not commit a new criminal offense for a period of 1 year, will periodically appear in the probation authority periodically.
The court also decided to destroy 8 CDs and 8 CD-R drives, which kept the evidence in the case and obliged the accused to cover UAH 1,142.5.
