The stunner snapped a pic of herself doning the sports bra against a plain wooden wall.
It hugs her curves perfectly, the white piping and slight dip at the top of the bra accentuating her figure.
Helen’s hair falls down over her shoulders in the post, styled subtly in a natural wave.
The ends of her hair look freshly cut – and it turns out that’s because they are!
Upon closer look, fans will notice in the caption that Helen tagged two beauticians as well as a hairdresser called James.
To tie the look together Helen rocked a pink lip and bronzed up her cheeks and forehead.
She’s also wearing a medium-bold winged eyeliner to make her blue eyes pop.
Fans of the starlet rushed to her Instagram comments to let Helen know that she looks stunning.
“STUNNNNNER,” shared one user, followed by three red heart emojis.
“Wow,” “Absolutely stunning, so beautiful,” and “Oh very nice Helen – super blue eyes!,” shared three others.
Helen was recently subjected to a lot of trolling online after her decision to get a boob job.
She decided, after years of breast feeding, that she’d like to have the procedure, and hit back at trolls by maturely explaining her decision.
“Honestly, when I finished breast-feeding, I could have tied my boobs in a bow. They were so bad.
“Before I had kids, I had natural E cup boobs.”
She noted that even though she has had surgery from breast feeding to remove excess skin, they are now their natural size and how they always were.
She later added how she gets comments “all the time” where people say “oh, you’re a mum, you should cover up” and “your kids would be ashamed of you”.
Helen hit back saying: “This is actually my body.”
“Should I be ashamed of how I look because I’m a woman and this is how I look?” she asked.
