The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced the participation of delegations headed by President Vladimir Zelensky in the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, which will be held in New York from September 21 to September 26.
The delegation will also include Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga, who will participate in a number of key international events.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the main task of the Ukrainian side will be to strengthen international support against the background of exacerbation of Russian aggression and to intensify diplomatic efforts to ensure the safety and restoration of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the visit is scheduled:

speech by Vladimir Zelensky on the general debates of the UN General Assembly;

participation in the Fifth Summit of the International Crimean Platform;

meetings of the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children illegally exported to Russia;

Discussion of the situation in Ukraine during a meeting of the UN Security Council.
A separate program will have Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga. In particular, it will join the discussions on energy stability and green restoration of Ukraine, as well as at the ministerial meeting of the Group of Twenty (G20). In addition, bilateral and multilateral meetings with representatives of different countries are planned.
Recall that Trump and Zelensky can meet in New York next week.
