“Time to Close Tap”: The EU has announced a ban on liquefied gas from the Russian Federation in the 19th Package

The President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Lyen and the High EU representative on foreign and security policy, Kai Callas, reported that the European Union, within the framework of the 19th Package of Sanctions against Russia, proposes to prohibit the import of Russian liquefied gas (LNG) into its territory until January 1, 2027.
