The Lever Cup is a team competition that lasts for three days, where six tennis players from Europe compete with six players from the rest of the world. The venue changes every year.
This year the tournament will be held at Chase Center in San Francisco, California, from September 19 to September 21. Participants will be representatives of the TOP-10 Rating of the ATR Carlos Alaras and Alexander Zverev, who represent the team of Europe, as well as Taylor Fritz and Alex de Minaur, who represent the team of the world.
When will the Lever Cup take place?
The Lever Cup will take place for three days, from Friday, September 19, Sunday, September 21, in Chase Center in San Francisco, California. The first draw of the Lever Cup took place in Prague, the Czech Republic, in 2017.

The tournament consists of five sessions that take place for three days. The team that was the first to score 13 points out of 24 possible. If the score after 12 matches is equal, the final paired match is held to determine the winner.
The matches on the first day “cost” one point each, on the second day – two points each, on the third day – three points each.

Friday, September 19: Day session – match 1 (single) begins at 23:00 in Kiev, then match 2 (single). Evening session – match 3 (single) begins at 05:00 for Kiev, then match 4 (even).
Saturday, September 20: Day session – match 5 (single) begins at 23:00 in Kiev, then match 6 (single). Evening session – match 7 (single) begins at 05:00 for Kiev, then the 8 (even) match.
Sunday, September 21: Day session – match 9 (even) starts at 22:00 in Kiev, then three single matches – match 10, match 11 and match 12 – as needed.

In addition, there is a significant incentive for the winning team. Each member of the winning team will earn $ 250,000 for victory, with no additional prize-winning teams.
