Emmy and Grammy-winning artist Eve reflects back on her career with THR, talking about her time coming up as the only female rapper on the hip-hop label Ruff Ryders and how she pivoted her career to television, starring in the UPN sitcom ‘Eve,’ joining the ‘The Talk’ and most recently being on the cast of ‘Queens.’ She also reflected on how she opened up in her memoir, ‘Who’s That Girl,’ which was released one year ago, on her journey to building trust, getting married and becoming a mother, which she calls her most important role ever. She also dished on why she’s not a gentle parent and why she doesn’t want her son to follow her hip-hop footprints.
